Pricing

Build it once.
Then it runs.

Every plan is a monthly subscription to a content team that builds your whole month and puts it on your dashboard to approve. No hourly billing, no scope documents, no surprise invoices. Price the same month out at agency rates and 16 designed posts runs about $4,000, four reels about $4,800, and nobody has billed strategy or account management yet. A single campaign with its own identity, a hero film and three weeks of build-up is $8,000 to $15,000 on its own.

Two plans, and one layer that goes on either. The plans decide how much gets made. The layer decides whether we run your ads and measure what all of it is doing. Same quality of work and same strategy behind it, whichever you pick.

Every plan includes your own dashboard, approve the month in five minutes.

Step one

The Build

$600 once

Founding price. You pay it once and everything it makes is yours.

Everything the engine runs on gets made once, up front. After this the groundwork never gets rebuilt, so every month the effort goes into deciding what to make and making it excellent. That is the whole reason it can cost what it costs.

  • Your brand kit assembled: colors, type, logo use, the rules that keep it consistent
  • A template system your posts, reels and stories are built from
  • Your logo animated for video, so every reel opens and closes like you
  • Your existing photos sorted into a kit the engine reuses every month
  • Content pillars: what you post about, and in what rhythm
  • Your voice and brand rules, so everything written and made is unmistakably yours
  • Accounts connected, calendar synced, dashboard live

If it is in the kit, it is in your plan. If it is not, it is a Build.

Step one and a half

The Brand Build

$4,500 $3,000 once

Instead of the $600 Build, not on top of it. This is the whole setup, brand included.

Then $500 comes off every month for 6. Stay 6 months and your entire setup cost you nothing.

Most businesses have a logo and not much else. This is where the rest of it gets made, at the start, so the engine has something real to run on from day one instead of six months from now.

  • Everything in the $600 Build, inside this price rather than on top of it
  • Logo and identity: made from scratch, or the one you have reworked
  • Color, type and the system that holds them together
  • The full motion kit: transitions, lower thirds, a title system, every logo build
  • Print and signage foundations, sized for what you actually print
  • A brand guide anyone you hire later can follow
Your brand and your Build, up front$3,000 Back to you, $500 a month for 6−$3,000 What your whole setup cost at month 6$0

Leave before then and you keep everything, having paid only for the months you were here. There is nothing to pay back and nothing to sign.

Step two Then the engine runs, every month.

Whatever plan you pick, the same senior team runs it. Nearly two decades of art direction sits on top of every month, the kind that has put work on national broadcast for major brands, directing it and making it. The engine is how it moves this fast. The direction is why it holds up. That includes the strategy: what to post, what to push, and where your brand goes next. It comes with every plan because we would not run your account any other way.

Founding partners · 8 spots

A third off now. Under the published rate for as long as you stay.

Every price on this page is a founding rate, a third under the published one.

Founding partners keep a discount, not a frozen number. Your rate tracks the published one and stays under it for as long as you are a client. Which means you are never paying more than a client who signed after you, and you are never handed a surprise. Any change reaches you thirty days ahead, never mid-month.

Add the Agency Ads, data and strategy on top of either plan. +$600 a month at the founding rate, $900 published.
Engine + Campaigns
$2,000 / month

$3,000 published · founding partner rate

For businesses with real moments in the year. An event, a launch, a season, a hiring push. Whatever the next 60 days are about.

  • Everything in Engine
  • Six campaigns a year, used whenever your year actually needs them
  • Its own look: logo, colors and templates built for it
  • A hero film, properly planned, with cutdowns for every placement
  • Three weeks of ramp content ahead of the date
  • A landing page when the campaign needs somewhere to send people
  • Your regular month keeps running underneath, uninterrupted
  • They get cheaper the more you run: $2,000 from your fourth, $1,600 from your seventh
  • Banked campaigns never expire while you are a client
  • Campaigns brief 30 days out, so the three weeks of ramp actually get three weeks
Choose Engine + Campaigns
How campaigns are priced

They get cheaper the more you run.

Priced on what you have actually made, not on what you signed up for. Nothing to commit to, and nothing that gets taken away if your year turns out smaller than you thought.

Your 1st to 3rd $3,600 $2,400
Your 4th to 6th $3,000 $2,000
Your 7th onward $2,400 $1,600
How you get campaigns, and what happens if you stop

They arrive as you pay, about one every two months on Engine + Campaigns. You use them whenever your year needs them, two in one month or none for four. Nothing expires while you are a client, and you can hold up to three at a time.

You are never billed for one you did not get, and never owed for one you did. Because a campaign only becomes available once it is paid for, there is no balance to settle if you leave. That is why there is no contract here and no cancellation fee anywhere on this page.

Need one before you have it? Buy it outright at your current rate on the scale above, that month. It counts toward the scale like any other.

What the Agency is for · +$600 on either plan

The Engine measures attention. The Agency measures what it turns into.

Every plan already shows you attention

Reach, views, likes, saves, shares, follower growth. How every post performs on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, live in your dashboard, with a monthly read on what landed.

The Agency shows you outcomes

What happens after the click: site traffic, leads, calls, bookings, cost per result, and which post or ad produced them. The moment someone leaves Instagram, Instagram stops watching. The Agency follows the rest of the way.

That loop is the whole reason to add it. Most studios make the content and hand it over. Most ad shops spend the budget and never make anything. Add the Agency and we run your Meta, Google and TikTok against creative that already exists, then bring what we learn straight back into next month's posts. Your reporting stops being a document you file and becomes the brief.

Talk about the Agency
The longer you stay

Staying is what makes it cheap.

Most places charge you more the longer you are there, or hold the good work back until you sign something. These are the two things that cost the most to buy and matter the most to own, and they come to you for being here.

1
Months one to six Your whole setup, earned back

The brand and the Build both get made at the start, so the engine has something real to run on from day one. $500 comes off every month for six months. Stay six months and the entire setup cost you nothing.

Month twelve Your website, on us

Five to eight pages, written, designed, built and live on your domain. Hosted and updated here from then on, at no extra cost, for as long as you stay.

worth$3,000

Nothing here is a contract. You can leave any month and keep every bit of it, because it was made for you and it is yours the moment it exists. The only thing you give up by leaving is what has not happened yet.

Anything outside the kit is a one-time add-on. Your monthly never turns into a custom project, and nothing is off the table. Published rate first, your founding rate second.
Monthly, on top of whichever plan you are on These run every month like the plan does. Add or drop either one any month.
SEO blog posts, two a month $450 $300 / mo

Written for what your customers actually type into Google, published straight to your site. Unlike a post, a blog keeps earning years later.

AI assistant on your site $300 $200 / mo

Answers visitor questions around the clock, hands them your phone and booking link, and captures the lead. Learns your business from documents you drop in, and you correct it from your dashboard.

The Agency $900 $600 / mo

Ads, search-intent wording and the full-funnel dashboard. Toggle it on the plans above to see what it adds.

More of what your plan already makes Your plan covers these on its own rhythm. These are for when you want another one sooner.
Another campaign $3,600 $2,400

The full unit: its own look, a hero film with cutdowns, three weeks of ramp, a landing page if it needs one.

Another hero film $2,100 $1,400

One film, properly planned and edited, delivered in every format a placement needs.

Another reel $900 $600

One more edited reel with music, in all three formats, beyond the four your month already includes.

Another landing page from $1,500 $1,000

One page with one job: written, designed, built, live on your domain. Campaign pages are already included.

Things your plan does not cover Nothing here is part of a month. Buy one when you need it, and what it makes joins your kit for good.
Website from $4,500 $3,000

Five to eight pages, written, designed, built and live on your domain. Free at month twelve, or buy it whenever you need it sooner. Hosting and updates are included in your plan either way.

Event identity from $1,200 $800

A look built for one date: lockup, colors, type, and templates for social and signage.

Print and signage pack from $1,200 $800

Posters, flyers, banners and signage, print-ready at the sizes your printer asks for.

Product render kit from $1,200 $800

Your product built once in 3D, then hero stills and looping shots from any angle, no photoshoot. Details in the FAQ.

Photo or video day Quoted

A day on location shooting stills and footage, so the engine runs on your real people and places, not stock.

Full motion kit $1,800 $1,200

Beyond the animated logo in your Build: transitions, lower thirds and a title system every video uses. Included in the Brand Build.

These are one-off prices, and they are higher than the same work costs inside a plan on purpose. A campaign bought on its own is $3,600. Inside Engine + Campaigns one lands every 60 days as part of the plan, with the hero film, the ramp content and the landing page already in it, and extras run $2,400 at your founding rate. Paying monthly should always be the better deal, so it is.

And add-ons compound: once something is built, it joins the machine. An event identity, render kit or landing page becomes part of your kit and runs in your months from then on at no extra cost. One-offs like a standalone film stay one-offs.

Commitment & terms

Clear up front. Nothing hidden.

These are founding rates. Here is exactly what that means and how the rest works.

Month to month

The Build once, then the monthly rate. Cancel anytime. There is no contract to get out of and no notice period to serve.

Pausing, and coming back

A pause starts at your next billing date, never mid-month. The month you are in was made before it began, so it runs.

Coming back takes about two weeks. Tell us by the 15th and next month runs. Tell us on the 28th and you start the month after.

Up to three months at a time. Longer is a cancel and a restart, which costs nothing extra and loses nothing.

A pause pauses everything. Your earn-back and your campaign banking both stop and pick back up, so two months away makes your sixth month your eighth. Nothing is deleted and nothing expires while you are gone.

Annual

Two months free, pay for ten and get twelve. The Build is included rather than billed separately.

  • The Build happens once. Everything it produces is yours and stays built, so month two onward is production rather than setup.
  • Feedback is free, always. Tap anything and tell us what to change. No cap, no change-order paperwork.
  • Pausing does not delete anything. Your brand kit, templates and voice stay built, so restarting is immediate.
  • You own the output. Source files, event brand kits and ad accounts are yours, whether you stay one month or five years.
  • You see month one before committing to it. The Build produces real work with your name on it, and you decide from there.
Good questions

The honest answers.

How is this so much cheaper than an agency?

Most of an agency retainer pays for time and coordination: account managers, briefs, review rounds and the meetings between them. The making itself is a smaller slice than people expect. We cut the coordination and keep the whole thing under one roof. You pay for the work and the judgment, not the overhead around them.

Will it actually look good, or does it look automated?

Nearly two decades of art direction sits in front of every piece, and AI is a tool inside that, not a replacement for it. Your templates, type, color and motion get built for your business specifically during setup, which is why month two onward looks consistent instead of looking generated. Open the work page and judge it directly.

What if I hate what you make?

Tap the post in the dashboard and say what is wrong. We remake it. No cap on that, no change orders. Getting the voice right in month one is exactly what makes every month after it run cleanly, so that work is the point rather than an inconvenience.

Do I have to send you photos?

No. It helps, and your own photos always make the strongest posts, so we make it as easy as dropping them in one shared folder with no naming or sorting. But if you send nothing all month, the full month still goes out.

How much of my time does this actually take?

About five minutes a month to approve, plus whatever time it takes to drop photos in a folder, which is close to zero. No status calls, no briefs to write, no review rounds to sit through. That is what it feels like to be the client.

Is there a contract?

Month to month, cancel whenever. No contract to get out of and no notice period to serve.

What happens to my rate over time?

The published rate rises as the engine gets better and as the studio fills up. Your rate moves with it and stays underneath it for as long as you stay a client. You start a third under, which is what every price on the pricing page reflects today. We deliberately did not freeze your price at a number, because that is the version where a five-year client eventually finds out they pay half what a new one does, and that arrangement never survives the discovery. This way you are always under the published rate and nothing about it is awkward. Every change reaches you thirty days ahead, never mid-month.

Why only eight founding spots?

Because that is how many businesses one senior director can hold to this standard while the work is still being tuned to each of them. It is a capacity limit rather than a sales tactic. When the eight are full the published rate is what is on offer, and the eight keep their discount.

Does the Agency include the ad spend?

No, and you would not want it to. Ad spend is your budget, paid directly to Meta, Google or TikTok, and you decide how hard to push, month by month. The Agency covers everything around it: strategy, audiences, campaign builds, the creative, dashboards and reporting. Your management fee is flat to $2,000 a month of spend, then 15% of spend above that, so it only grows when the machine does.

I get a dashboard on every plan. What more does the Agency one show?

The plan dashboard shows attention: reach, views, likes, saves, shares and follower growth, live, across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. That tells you how the content is doing. The Agency dashboard adds what happens after the click: site traffic, leads, calls, bookings, cost per result, and which post or ad produced them. The platforms cannot show you that on their own, because the moment someone leaves Instagram, Instagram stops watching. The monthly strategy call is where those numbers turn into decisions about where the next dollar goes.

Why is a campaign every 60 days instead of every month?

Because a rushed campaign is a worse campaign. Sixty days is enough runway to plan properly, shoot or build what it needs, and roll out three weeks of build-up before the date. Six of those a year beats twelve thin ones, and your regular content never stops running underneath. If you need an extra one in between, it is $2,400 at the founding rate.

What if a date sneaks up on us?

Tell us anyway. Inside 30 days we build what the time allows, in order: the thing you post first, then the film, then the ramp. What we will not do is promise a full campaign in a week and hand you a thin one. The 30 days is not a rule to hide behind, it is the point where a campaign stops being a scramble.

Can I add the Agency later?

Yes, and most businesses should. Get the content running first, then turn on the paid side once there is a library of creative worth spending money behind. It goes on either plan, takes effect the next month, and comes off the same way.

What is the Build, and why does everyone start there?

The Build is where your templates, content pillars, voice rules and animated logo get made, your existing brand and photos get assembled into a kit the engine reuses, and your accounts, calendar and dashboard go live. It is $600 once. After it the groundwork never gets rebuilt, so every month the effort goes into the thinking and the work itself, which is why a month can cost what it costs. Skip it and every month turns back into a custom project, priced like one.

What is the difference between the Build and the Brand Build?

They are not two bills. The Build, $600, sets the engine up against a brand you already have: templates, pillars, voice, your animated logo, your accounts and dashboard. The Brand Build, $3,000 at the founding rate, is that same setup plus the brand itself getting made, which is most businesses, because most have a logo and not much else. Logo and identity, color and type, the full motion kit, print foundations and a guide anyone you hire later can follow. You pick one. The Brand Build replaces the Build rather than stacking on it, because half the Build is work the Brand Build is already doing.

How does the setup actually end up free?

You pay $3,000 at the start and everything gets made straight away, brand included, because content built on a brand that does not exist yet is worse content and you should not spend six months finding that out. Then $500 comes off each of your first six invoices. Six months in, all $3,000 is back in your pocket and every bit of it is yours. If you leave at month three you keep everything and you have paid $1,500 for it, which is still under half the published price. There is nothing to pay back, nothing to sign, and no month where the bill goes up as a result.

Why give away the brand and the website at all?

Because they are worth more to you than to us. A brand and a site are made once and then they just exist, which makes them the cheapest possible way to earn a long relationship, and a long relationship is the entire business model here. It is also the honest version of a loyalty offer: assets you keep, rather than a discount that quietly gets clawed back, or a contract that makes leaving expensive.

Does the Build include a photo shoot?

No. The Build sorts the photos you already have into a kit the engine reuses every month. If you want new ones made, a photo or video day is a day on location shooting stills and footage, quoted against where you are and what it needs. Plenty of businesses run for months on what they already have, so start there and add a day when the library runs thin.

What exactly is in the product render kit?

Your product gets built once as an exact 3D model, matched to the real thing from your photos and measurements. The kit that comes back: six hero stills on backgrounds designed for your brand, three looping motion shots cut for reels and ads, and transparent cutouts from every angle for your site, menus and print. The model is yours and stays on the shelf, so new angles, colorways and seasonal scenes after that cost a fraction of the first pass, because the expensive part is already done. From $1,200 published, $800 at the founding rate, per product.

What does the AI assistant on my site actually do?

It answers visitor questions at any hour, in your voice, and always hands people your phone number, your email and your booking link rather than leaving them to hunt. It learns your business from documents you drop in: price sheets, service lists, the questions you answer twenty times a week. When it gets something wrong you correct it from your dashboard and it stays corrected. Every conversation that looks like a real lead lands in front of you with the transcript attached, so a question asked at eleven at night is a lead in the morning instead of a visitor who left. It is $200 a month at the founding rate, on either plan.

Why blog posts when I am already getting social posts?

They do opposite jobs. A social post is worth the most the day it goes out and close to nothing a month later. A blog post gets found by someone typing a question into Google two years from now, and it keeps getting found. Two a month is $300 at the founding rate, written for the searches your customers actually make rather than the ones that sound impressive, published straight to your site. They also feed the AI assistant, which answers out of the same material.

Do you build websites, and what happens to it after?

Yes. A site is five to eight pages, written, designed, built and live on your domain, from $3,000 at the founding rate, and it is free at month twelve if you would rather wait for it. The part worth knowing is what happens next: if we built it, hosting and up to two hours of changes a month are included in your plan from then on, at no extra cost. New page, new prices, a season change, you ask and it is done. Most businesses pay someone separately to sit on a site nobody touches. Yours lives where the content is made, which is the only reason it stays current.

What does two hours of website changes actually cover?

Nearly everything you will ask for. Most changes take ten or fifteen minutes: new prices, a new team photo, updated hours, swapping a headline, adding a service. Two hours a month is roughly eight to twelve of those, which is more than almost anyone uses. It is stated as a number so neither of us has to guess where the line is, not because we are counting. If a month genuinely needs more, we say so before doing it and it is quoted, never billed as a surprise. A whole new page or a section rebuilt from scratch is its own thing, and it gets priced like one.

Who owns everything?

You do. All of it, including source files, event brand kits and any ad accounts, whether you stay one month or five years.

What happens if I need to pause?

Pause any month, for up to three months at a time. It takes effect at your next billing date rather than mid-month, because the month you are in was already made before it started. Coming back takes about two weeks of notice, for the same reason: tell us by the 15th and the next month runs, tell us on the 28th and you start the month after. Nothing gets deleted while you are away. Your brand kit, templates, voice and any banked campaigns are exactly where you left them, so restarting is immediate rather than starting over. The one thing to know is that a pause pauses everything, including your setup earn-back, so if you pause for two months your sixth month becomes your eighth.
