A Build, then one engine month
Scoped, quoted and revised every time. Priced at standard agency day and asset rates for exactly what was delivered.
$6,200 a month loaded: salary, tax, benefits, tools and PTO. One person, one skill set, and design, motion and 3D are rarely all of them.
$600 Build, once. $2,500 brand identity, once. $1,500 a month. Cancel anytime.
You keep $21,400 this month, 82% less than the agency route.

Bottoms-up at standard agency day-and-asset rates, counting only what was actually produced. Volume discounts applied across imagery. Everything above is the Build plus one engine month.
Month one was produced for the client. This shows what a second month delivers at the same rates, so you can see how it compounds.

Sixteen posts. Sixteen jobs.
Likes stopped moving anything. Instagram now weights a share into someone's DMs 3 to 5 times a like, a save about 3 times, and Reels barely weigh whether the viewer already follows the account. So nothing here got made without a job: every post is engineered for one specific action before a pixel is designed, and the four lanes are named for the action they go after. This is a month with no event in it, which is the harder month to make good.
The funny one. Always about a type of player, never a named person, because forwarding it is how somebody tags a friend without tagging them. This is the lane that grows the account.
The shock is the craft, not the subject. Nobody scrolling predicts cinema from an indoor club in a business park, and that mismatch is what stops a thumb. Shot entirely on the club’s own photography.
Never a plain announcement. Every card still works with the caption deleted, because this is the one somebody pulls up one-handed in the parking lot on a Friday night.
Real names, real milestones. This is where a facility turns into a place, and it is where the club’s free court cameras finally get used: real footage of real members, generated every day, costing nobody anything.
Sixteen designed posts plus four reels every month, event or not. Names, scores and results in these samples are placeholders.
And when an event lands.
The Fall Classic is a real tournament, September 18 to 20, and it already has its own logo, palette and promo film. Here it is as a month of content. The lanes never change. The weight does: SAVE grows to six posts because a tournament carries a real information load, STOP gets louder, and SEND keeps running because it is the only lane that reaches people who were not already planning to come. Still sixteen posts. Still four reels.
The tournament sold the way a title fight is sold. The event kit at full volume, and where people who have never been to the club first hear the words Fall Classic.
The biggest lane in an event month, and the reason the informative half never reads like a bulletin board. Every one of these gets screenshotted and opened again in the parking lot on Friday morning.
Even in an event month the humour keeps running, because it is the only lane that reaches somebody who was not already planning to come.
Names sell a tournament better than any ad does. Every player named here brings their own circle with them, and it costs nothing but a list.
Posts are only half of an event. The campaign opens six weeks out, the countdown starts ten days out with every post revealing something new rather than a smaller number, and the recap ships inside 48 hours while people are still looking for themselves in it. That recap becomes next year's announce.
